I'm located in Schaumburg and attend the weekly car show at Roselle and Wise at the Autozone store. My car is currently in the shop getting a new convertible top. I'm a member of the Illinois Camaro Club. If you are in the area stop by every Thursday at 6:30pm. Also you can join the Camaro club if interested, it only $18.00 a year.

I have been ultra busy this past summer. I got fired from Dean Foods (now Bay Valley) I got my job back a week or so later, but in the proccess of being out of work for that week I hit the bricks and turned in a bunch of resume's all over the tri county area. I had a lot of hits and interviews. With work, things to do at home, the wife working full time, the four kids, and finally taking a new and better job here at Borg Warner, I have been REALLY busy.
I did luck out and a friend of mine that I worked with at Deans has a son who is in AutoBody school over at Kishwaukee College. He has the Bird right now and is completely repainting the car for me. All I had to pay for was my paint and suplies. I already had the paint, and the rest of the supplies will be around a $100 bucks or so. Not a bad deal at all.
Do you still have the red RS?

I got my T/A running (again) but I am on my second carb. I got rid of the Double Pumper and got a Q-Jet. I rebuilt it and did a couple of mods to it. It still doesn't run right. I will finish it over the winter after it gets back from Kish. I am going to pull the in-tank pump out and do away with it. I am hoping this will help keep the carb from being over filled with fuel.

I just did Campbell's fuel pump over the summer, also swaped rear ends in the camaro to a 3.42 instead of the 2.73.

TA is black, pulled the motor and trans last year, hasn't moved since.
the 3.42 is way better, not a posi however. I'm buying a 3.73 with and auburn posi from a member on here.
I'm also collecting parts to start a Solid Front Axle swap on my 91 GMC.

It has been suggested to me buy others on the site that we should get a "Rural Mid west TGO Meet" together this summer. We could schedule it around a Chicago meet so they could attend ours and we could attend one that they may throw.
Any ideas?
