Car: 90 Full size Jimmy 4" lift
Engine: 350 TBI
Transmission: 700r4
Axle/Gears: 12 bolt rear 14 bolt front 3.73s
Im not sure but i think adrians in west chicago might do it if not they can probably tell you somwhere that does

you can try https://www.flp2win.com/store/ or http://www.per-race-engines.com/ finish line is on the aurora border and per race engine is not much further. Give them a call or e-mail if they dont fill tanks im sure they know who can.

I forgot what PERs price was on nitrous, but it was pretty reasonable I thought. I want to say it was $3.50/lb. Pretty sure I paid $28 for 8lbs. Good guys to deal with there too.
Straightline Performance, Inc. is a bit further south and east of you (forgot exact town), but they have very good prices. I believe I was once told they fill for $2.50/lb.
