Built 91 Camaro RS FOR SALE, VERY FAST

I'm in the process of moving and will have no place to store my 91 Camaro RS, so shes up for sale. I got the car running in fall of 2004 and its been pretty much sitting ever since. Put no more than 1200 miles on the new drivetrain. The car is black with the stock black and grey RS interior. The body is straight, rust free, and for the most part covered in black primer and the ground effects are in great condition. It has the following options: PW, PDL, PWR Drivers seat, PWR Hatch release, PWR Mirriors, Lexan T-Tops. The A/C is all there except for the condenser and it worked before I swapped the engine. It has cruise control which is disconnected due to the TBI to carb conversion for the new engine. I have also replaced the stock wheels with 16 inch Iroc wheels. The front tires are fairly new Dunlop 245/50/16's and the rears are some bald BFG Drag radials I bought used just to test with. The car is totally street legal, all the lights, turn signals, brake lights, wipers, etc are working. It will not pass emmissions as it has a custom True Dual exhaust with no cats. I have close to $15000.00 invested in just parts and have most of the reciepts.

The Engine:

383 SBC w/ 4bolt mains
Eagle Cast Crank
Eagle I-Beam Rods
Speed Pro forged flat-top pistons
Speed Pro Rings
Melling oil pump
Cloyes Dbl Roller timing chain
Comp Cams hyd Camshaft & lifters(non roller)
Comp Cams Pushrods
Scorpion 1.6 aluminum full roller rockers
Pro Topline 200cc Aluminum heads w/ 7/16 rocker studs
ARP head bolts
Edelbrock Performer RPM intake & 800 cfm carb
HEI Ignition with MSD Module
Accel 8.8 wires
Hooker super comp long tube headers w/ ceramic coating inside and out
Stage 8 locking header bolts
Chrome valve covers
brand new timing chain cover and oil pan
energy suspension mounts
and much more

The fuel system:
Stock sumped fuel tank
holley black pump
Mallory regulator
holley red pump for Nitrous system that was never installed
tons of braided steel line and AN fittings

Suspension:
Eibach Pro kit Springs
New front and rear poly graphite sway bar busings and mounting hardware from TDS and energy suspension
KYB Adjustable front struts and rear shocks
BMR rear lower control arms
BMR Torque arm
IROC swaybars (36mm hollow frt - 24mm rear)

The chassis:
Full length subframe connectors
front drive shaft safety loop
TDS wonderbar

Trans and rearend:
Built 700r4 w/ Billet servos, HD clutches/steels, Kevlar band, new planetary gears, Beast sunshell, Torque Drive hardened input shaft and much more.
Energy Suspension trans mount
3200 rpm Stall convertor with billet lockup assembly w/ kevlar lockup clutches
3 inch diameter custom built and balanced steel HD driveshaft w/ HD spicer u-joints
Stock 10 bolt rearend w/ Superior alloy axles, Eaton Posi unit, 3.73 GM Gear, fully welded axle tubes, all new seals and bearings, and an Aluminum support cover.

Brakes:
New calipers, rotors, drums, pads, shoes, and brake hardware
Russell Braided steel brake flex hoses

As you can see I have plenty invested and this list is far from complete. The only things that dont work are the driversside power window and it could use some new rear tires. I has tons of new parts and it runs great just needs someone to finish it. The car is located in the LaSalle/Peru Illinois area. Have close to $15000.00 invested in just parts asking $7800.00 OBO. For more info call Dave at 815-218-1435

Below are some links to pics of my car but they really dont do the car justice. I think it looks much better in person and my picture taking skills arent the best....lol. Just click the links below and check her out.

The pics are alittle large so they may take a few to load. I'll put some smaller ones up when I get a chance.

Wow!, 7800 for a car that's in primer, has bald tires, nonworking window! No offense, but good luck on that one.
Sounds like you have it built up real nice though other than that. Good luck with the sale.

i think he'd be better off getting a cheapo maaco paintjob for $300 and then try selling the car after fixing the window as well.

Well after all the time and money Ive spent on it so far I didnt think throwing some crappy cheapo paint job on it would be the righjt thing to do. If someone looks at the car and knows anything about these cars they should be able to apprieciate the time and money I have invested and know thier gettin a deal. Then they can choose to throw a cheapo paint job on it or finish it with the quality paint job it deserves. As for the window and other minor things, I figure if someone cant look past what amounts to a few bucks and alittle time in fixes and see thier getting a car they could never build for more than twice what Im asking then they'll be passing up a deal of a lifetime. Of course its just my opinion and everyones entitled to thier own.

I see that you do have alot into this car but I will have to agree with the others when they say it will be hard to get what you want out of it (that is the bad thing about modding a car with very little real value) maybe you would be better off parting it out.
