i need a drivers door in chicago area
hi all,
im new here and just bought my first camaro. its an 84 and i love it. i am looking to do what we all do, and eventually start changing out just about everything. it runs fine right now, but cosmetically, it has a few dings and scratches, blah blah. But it needs a door. It was sideswiped just enough to jack the drivers side door.
so, im looking to buy a drivers side door for a 1984 camaro. it has auto locks and power windows. i dont have ground effects, if that matters. im not sure what else info is needed. obviously, i want it with no rust and minimal to no damage, so just let me know what you got.
and i have the same old sob story, where i would not like to spend too much money. it isnt my primary vehicle, so i am willing to wait around for a good deal. would prefer it to be within driving distance to chicago, maybe an hour or two.
also, are there any clubs or groups in the chicago area where i might be able to hang out and meet some other camaro buds?? like i said, im new and would love to learn a thing or two from some knowledgeable gearheads.
thanks
