There's an Fbody-specific performance shop located in Herculaneum, on Commercial Blvd. They do incredible work and have great prices as well. A lot of local guys from our Fbody club go there for work. Also check out our clubs website @ http://www.fastlouis.com

As far as a good audio shop, try Audio Express. I've heard nothing but good about them. Also, there's a member in our club who's username is Radz, who used to work at an audio shop. He's my official audio installer, he's a good guy and knows his stuff.
