Newbie in Des Moines

Hello everybody, new guy here. I just bought a 1990 Firebird Formula that'll be my daily driver once I get her running. She's a mild project mostly needing cosmetic work. She just needs a starter and a set of tires (some punks slashed em last night) and she'll be road worthy. The car also needs t-top seals and other stuff that can wait. I've been ineterested in 3rd gen F-bodies ever since my step father had a 92 Camaro (tenish years ago). I also have a 1974 Chevy Nova I'm working on, that car needs everything.

I do have one stupid question for you guys. Where do you put jackstands on the front of the car and whats the best place to jack the car up? I see what looks like frame rails but they seem alot thinner than the ones on my Nova and they start to point inward as you go towards the rear. I just don't wanna mess anything up (I'm young, I haven't jacked up that many cars).
Thanks Guys
Alexs
