you can have the DMV look up who owns it if u know what state its in and the VIN which i see you have its like 20 bucks or something depends on the state

 

Thing is, idk for sure if it's still in Michigan. That was just the last place I knew of, which was probably a year ago...

 

well you can eathier check with the michigan DMV and see if it stills there or do a crafax on the vin and see what state it was last reqistered in
