Hi, not sure if this is the right place. I have a 86 iroc 305 tpi with 67k original miles. I put it in the garage to do a tune up. It ran fine when i parked it. I started with cap, rotor, icm, plugs, and wires. It would not start, since then a new batt., starter. Adjusted tps to .54, removed iac and cleaned it. Maf was new when i got the car. When i try to get the trouble codes the fan starts running and the relays by the brake booster make odd noise. Need help please!

 

Btw I can hear fuel pump come on. I put a pressure test gauge on the rail while trying to start and it read 40. Pulled the plugs and they were soaked with fuel.
