Hey everybody, just wanted to throw this up here. I noticed there are a few active third gen f-body owners here that are in talks of getting together and planning things. So last night I spent a few minutes creating a free forum page for the 417 area code guys. It's nothing special just a start, and if it takes off any I will then create a full official website. Just no reason to do such a thing at this point in time. I'm not even sure I'll get any members on it at all. But you never know unless you try. Just a thought but I am free all day Saturday 5/7/11 if you guys want to get together and meet up. My wife is walking in the March of Dimes so I am FREE !!!!!!! Post up if you guys want to get together Saturday.

 

I'm game to meet up. Just asked the gf and I'm free. This Saturday Steak and Shake is having a car show on Glenstone. I think it would be fun to have a strong third gen showing. Pending weather of course.

 

Everyone in the area join the forum and lets get this site rolling with locals. This could be alot of fun if we get several people involved. Also if other people want to come out to Steak and Shake on Saturday I will be there along with jsanders. It would be cool to meet some of you guys.

 

I know Friday after work and Saturday morning before I show up with the purplepeopleater I'll be having a hardcore cleaning day. All this crap weather and tons of rain is making it impossible to keep my car clean, and that drives me nuts! Can't wait to see more people joining the local forum I created, and I hope to meet more people out at S&S Saturday!

 

If it dont rain, you can most likely count me in.. I will be joining the new forum friday as i have to do this via cell phone till I am able to spend the time on the comp.

My car still needs a TON of TLC but shes a runner lol, if i do show ill have my gf.

The S&S on glenstone.... Is that the one down the road from electric cowboy, and harbor freight?? If not then i'll need directshons, or a phisical addy so i can pop it into my android's gps and it'll get me there.

 

The S&S we are talking about is on South Glenstone Ave here is the address: 1550 S. Glenstone Ave. I'll also have my girlfriend with me as well. And so far weather.com is saying it will be a high of 78* with a 30% chance for rain. I'll be wearing shorts haha.

 

I might not be making it to S&S tomorrow, my torque arm bushing decided to take a crap. I have the ES bushing on the car, but I don't have enough arms to get the bracket back together and bolt it up. If any of you want to help me let me know the help would be great, because I'm not sure if I can do this on my own.

 

I gotta finish up my car, change the oil.... and reset the timing, and tighten the headers up....... again...

So I may have to flake out on this one BUT i will be up there sunday, depending on rain, to go to the RC race track. Got my new short course rc race truck yesterday and have an itch i need to scratch with it lol.

 

I'm from Camdenton Mo, this summer will be my last summer at the lake though. Moving back up to St Joe in august for the next 3years

 

I WOULD be there, except that I will instead be at Seeburg Muffler on Sunshine. We're still chasing a gremlin through my car. New fuel, replaced a few bad injectors, and not getting fuel pressure. Oy. It's been a long month getting my car back on the road.

This is just a guess that may help you out...

My car wouldnt hold any fuel pressure eather... Found out the oil pressure sending unit was out... Thus killing off all fuel pressure.. sometimes itd run sometimes it wouldnt.

So if you haven't replaced that part you may try it...

ONCE AGAIN I COULD BE WRONG... just saying it happened to me. Anytime my oil pressure drops i lose fuel pressure.... (have a gauge for it)

 

Anyone else not able to log into the website? I tryed to log in several times and it wont let me log in, and also ive never seen any new posts. Dose the website even work?
