help?

hey so, i posted a thread to show people my camaro and ask for suggestions...but now im confused

so...the vacuum hose for the distributor was mixed up with the one for the heater...(heater on idle vacuum and distributor on accel)...after those got switched it was a night and day difference, but on top of that one of the plugs was fouled out...so we switched that and BAM low end torque!

well i was driving it today and it started to act like before...and obviously its not the hoses because magic didn't just move them...so its gotta be the spark plug...so i took the wire off to hear the difference and there wasn't any...

after we switched the plug the first time it ran GREAT! low end torque, power everywhere, and better mileage...but before that it backfired, had no low end torque and terrible mileage...now it has all those worse things again...anyone know whats going on? this happened in a span of 3 days from bad to fixed to bad again...

heres a link to my other post

Re: help?

I keep reading about CATS and they are supposed to last forever...I really dont think the CAT is bad and causing the high NOX reading in emissions..After all I have done with O@ and map sensors and oil changes, the NOX went up not down..So I am baffled and running out of time..The tags are out June 30th and no extentions!
