Hey Steve, how is your swap going? I think Ive decided to go with that 406 Crate engine after all. Then next summer, throw a miniram on it. You have yours all together yet?

The 406 will be awesome, especially with the set of 195's, and the Miniram if you decide to go that route. Did you find anything out from TPIS yet as to the Miniram model you should get? I'm thinking the Miniram II would be the one.

I've basically got everything together right now. Just some little stuff to bolt back on, and it'll be ready to go. Before I start it up, I'm going to drain my fuel and drop the tank and rear end so I can slap the Walbro 255Lph fuel pump in it. While I've got the rear end down, I'm going to cut some .125" steel and box in the LCA's.

I think I should be up and running in about two weeks. Then I need to plug in the DIacom, and get some readings so I can have TPIS re-burn my PROM. With the AFR's and the new "hot cam", it's gonna need it.

I'm getting impatient, and this cold weather sucks....but it wont be for long hopefully. hehehhh..

I havent really talked to TPIS yet, Ive been busy getting all the info i can on that 406. I also would assume that the Miniram II would be the one to use though. PLEASE let me know how everything goes with your swap!!!
