Made the mistake of selling my 85 IROC-Z that I had built when I worked at Norwood. Was there all 5 shifts from floor pan to final audit. Sold the Z to a collector in 2009. Woke up in a sweat this morning thinking about my ol' IROC-Z.

After several emails....He's selling it back to me. Its been in a climate controled warehouse since he bought it. Should have it back within a few weeks.

I am so pumped! Lesson learned. What a second chance.

 

Wow! What an opportunity! My loss was nothing special but there isn't a day that goes by that I don't regret getting rid of my purple haze 92 v8 RS. I'd gladly pay double what I originally paid for it to get that same one back. It was flawless. Congrats! Keep us vicarious folks posted on how things go with it!

 

That's great man. Out of my other 4 third gens..one caught on fire, 2 wrapped around telephone poles, and one made into a drag car I heard. Would have loved to kept em all or had a chance to get any of them back. 82 Z28 Pace CAR, 87 fORMULA, 87 GTA, 91 Z28. That's a great car you got and I know you are excited to get be back in it. Good deal!
