Machine Shops in Wisconsin

Hello all I was wondering if anyone had any advice for a good machine shop that can look over my engine block out of a 89 trans am. I have googled it but have not came up with many results. I live in Watertown right between Madison and Milwaukee so if you have any Machine shops close to there that you can refer me to that would be awesome. Thanks

Try Westech automotive. There out of silver Lake Wisconsin. Good guys there. I believe there off of Cogswell Dr. It's been awhile. But, Norm is the owner

Re: Machine Shops in Wisconsin

I used Don's machine shop in Kenosha. I picked up a crank off craigslist and told Don's to check it, cut it if you have to. They only polished it. I also had my ls1 block bored, cleaned, new cam bearings, and ARP rod bolts that required resizing the rods. When I got my block back and double checked their machine work I was very pleased. Everything they touched was perfect. I am very happy with the work that Don's did.
