This thread is for Pontiac engs. into 3rd gens. Your Firebird V-6, and Chevy V-8 conversion is a typical installation best answered in the V-6, to V-8 thread, listed at the bottom of the "Eng Swap" threads.
But to answer your question, the basic motor will probably be a good candidate, but doubt much else will work.

I have the v6 2.8 and want to do the 350 swap what all do I need
I have plenty of mechanic knowledge just kinda need a parts list.

 

Once again, go back to the "Eng. Swap" column, and punch in V-6 to V-8 swap. It's at the bottom of the page. That's where you'll find accurate info. See ya and good luck.
