Come next spring or summer, I'm going to start actively looking for a Camaro to purchase.

I'm going to try to have 7k set aside for it, but it could just be 6. I need an 87 or newer, t-tops, and a 5.7. IROC very strongly preferred. Willing to travel for the right car.

What kind of cars can I expect to find for 6 or 7k that fits those paramaters? Is there anything in particular I should look for or avoid when shopping? Any advice is welcome.
