gonna pull heads visit machine shop then we will post cc volume and engine measurements and ask for thoughts. right now pulled 700r4 apart for some fresh clutches everything else already been done but 10 years is along time to sit so clutches to be safe. maybe paint this time around noticed the headliner sagging may glue up a new one but for a 50 thousand mile car its pretty solid and has solid bolt ons from spoon eibach ect. ill post some pics as I go and of course ask advice goal was g-car that would double duty like to keep that theme but maybe more protouring this time.

Engine builder is recommended race Valves and 3 angle valve job saying that it will really allow the heads to flow, ? Is is it worth it for a car that will see most of its use on the street?

yeah I'm just not sure about 300 bucks for a set of race valves on a set of after cheap aftermarket set of aluminum heads, from what I'm reading I don't know that ill really see that much gain unless I drop another 1000 into a porting job. will it really flow that much better with just the race valves and 3 angle? or would I be better off sending that 300 somewhere else on the motor bang for the buck is what I'm really after. vortech rip off flow very good already.
