Looking for assistance troubleshooting car issues - Indianapolis

Anyone mechanically inclined in the Indianapolis,IN area? I have a 91 Trans Am, 305 TPI that just isn't running right. Starts up and idles fine, but you get horrible performance when driving and I'm fairly certain the gas mileage is even more horrible than it should be. I've done some basic stuff like replacing the fuel filter, plus and wires, TPS, knock sensor.

I'm buying a vacuum gauge next to check for a clogged converter.

Anyone recommend a good mechanic in the Indy area?

I think auto correct may have gotten you. Did you mean ohm's? I did measure resistance of the injectors but don't remember how up to temp the car was. I could try that again.

I should mention the car has 174k miles on it and it wouldn't surprise me if damn near everything wasn't stock. I bought it two years ago so only sure on what I've replaced.

Update - so the distributor was partially to blame for the performance issues. Had it replaced and it's better, but still not quite right. Gas mileage is still horrible and it still doesn't seem as peppy as it should be.
