I have a 1989 IROC-Z that has been sitting for a about 4 years. I would like to find a shop in Northeast Ohio / Western PA that is familiar with the electrical system.
The starter will not turn over. I had an alarm with a starter lockout installed many years ago and I suspect this may be the problem? or the Passkey gizmo? I have tried to trace the wiring but get lost pretty quick...
Also would like a good
buffing and detailing along with some other minor work.
If anyone can recommend a shop in my area would be great!
