hay my names chris and im 17 a senior and about to graduate and am looking for a college to go to when thay have stuff i like {motors racing} well i found a techinical school called uti university technical institute located in california illinois texas and arizona and thats basically all they do i was wondering if anyone has attended or wants to attend like me that has any good info they would like to share about it with me also complaments or stuff they have have heard thanks also check out their site if intrested www.uticorp.com

 

I am also looking into UTI as a possibility. I sent in for their brochure, sounds pretty nice.

 

Anyone else know anything about it? I can't decide if I wanna do stuff with cars or with computers.

i live about 5 to 10 miles from the UTI IL campus. And i must say there are a lot of UTI students around. They are the cockest little ****** i have ever met. They think that they go to school for automotive and that i havent that I have no clue what I am talking about when it comes to cars. But i have a friend that went there (he is not a ***** thoe) and he said that they teach you a lot real quick. And he actualy tought me alot. Its a good school. There is another in chicago called Lincon tec. I have worked with both UTI and LTI students and there is a diffrence. The UTI students know what they are doing to a point. And the LTI students have no clue at all. That and with a UTI education you can get a jub working for a respectable dealership and make a good liveing. With a LTI education you can get a job at jiffy lube and you might make ends meet. Also UTI has that graduate traning program. My friend got into the Mercadies bense program. and he is doing rather well for a 21 year old. My recomedation is to got to UTI. Its a good school! And if you do go e mail me and well keep yout camaro in top shape while you are in school.
