1 modifyed sony headunit, at 52wattsx4channals, with preamp out, 18fm presets, 6am presets, xm ready, audio input, and it has a cassette player for the adapters to plug in a mp3 player.

2 sony 6.5 inch duel coax's, 350watts max each, 75 watts rms, for a total of 700 max, 150 rms

one insignia mono subwoofer amplifier, rated at 700wats mono@2ohms, 850watsmono@4ohms. Has built in selectible high or low passover, gain, +-10 variable bass boost, and mirror like finish.

2 12'' insignia subwoofers rated 550watts max, 300 rms, for a total of 1100watts max, and 600wats rms @2ohms.
