Okay I'm not sure where this would go but:
Does anyone know where I can get my hands on a model of a Third Gen Camaro?
I want to build one as close to what my real one is as possible. It'd be a nifty little display piece in my garage, plus a good test ground for a new paintjob. See how it looks on the car...etc.
But the problem is that I only found two. One of which was a ready made die-cast one done up as patrol car (obviously not suitable) and the one that would be suitable (while not perfect because it's a t-top instead of a coupe) was out of stock.
If anybody knows there I can buy a model kit then let me know PLEASE!

Wal- Mart should have an 85 hard top HO Z28 model; it is a rerelease from when the car was new; I have an original. They still have them in the ones around here.

Lots of model shows coming up soon-the IPMS/Mad City Modelers(Madison WI)just had one over the weekend, contact Jim Turek, 608-329-7222, he might be able to get you in touch with some locals who are into car models and have sources. You might want to check out the International Plastic Modelers Society website or Finescale Modelers web or Scale Auto webs.
