Man, I knew I should have done some of these when I was still in school. We had a CNC milling machine and I was a fairly decent operator. Well, as good as I could be for teaching myself in a high school drafting class...
I never got around to doing anything on aluminum, I just stuck to wax (much more forgiving when it comes to feed and plunge rates...), I made a pretty sic little 5" IROC rim. The smallest bit we had was 1/8" and we only had one and I was too worried about breaking it. And, there wasn't much worth doing on it if you only had 1/4" bits...
Anyways... TPI383 those look excellent, especially the polished ones. Great work!
