WTB: GM code reader. New or used and I don't want to spend that much. I know I can buy one for $20 used but if anyone had one cheap that they didn't want I would buy that.

$20 used? Wow. I paid over $100 for my lightly used OBD1 code reader and data logger by Auto-X-Ray.

If you want to go that cheap, why not just use the paper clip method to read the codes? It's free.
