Im wondering how much it would cost to rebuild a 1983 L69 motor? And what kinda results might come out of it...Mileage, Power etc??? Also this is taking it to a engine shop not me doing it...

 

Depends on what you want done to it.

You can get a summit rebuild kit and do it yourself for a few hundred. Then on the other hand if ya take it to the shop it will be a bit more.

ya i dont got the time, knowhow, or patience...I want it to look like all painted and spiffy like alot of the engines I see online.
Im prolly just gonna sell my car but I might end up keeping it. Notchbacking, ram airing, and painting it. Its an LG4 by the way....
