Yep, just started taking my car back out now that the weather seems to be getting a little better.

Live in Patchogue.

 

Not from LI but am out there all the time with my GTA during the warmer months.

Should be back on the road soon enough, today I fired it up for the first time this year

Same here, not from LI, but spend alot of time out there at my cousins house in Massapequa- you'll def see me around there this summer.

Hmmm....things must be a lot warmer on your side of Montauk Hgwy than they are on mine!! I've had the 'vert out exactly once since October. Soon though....soon....

 

LOL, well I'm not sure if it's warmer on my side of town but lets just say my case of f-body withdrawal got the best of me.

Things have been good my fathers shop is busy from what i hear. Ill be home in 2 weeks for spring break and then i have another 8 weeks till summer vacation. I look foward to hearing from you

I go to Oneonta, about an hour and a half south of you. My spring break starts april 2nd. We have messed up breaks.

My car goes on the road Saturday, but then next Saturday I'm getting married. Don't worry, I'm not selling the IROC!

 

Mine is too. All it asked for was a good washing and waxing when the weather got warm.

Especially downtown and Chelsea. Every time I work down at Canal St or W4 St I see tons of ricers.

Unfortunately every time I think of driving to work or just taking it out in the city, I think of the condition of W Canal St and some other streets down there.

I have more than enough fun with them on the Belt and So State anyway.

Hey Goumba T, I was in Howard Beach sometime last week and saw an assortment of kick *** rides at the over priced crappy coffee house called Starbucks on 158th and Crossbay.
"All American Car Club" or something like that.

Know anything about it?

 

i sure do , i live about 5 min from there, you prob passed my crib on your way over there. they ride every thur at 7 and have a show for every last thur of the month, i was in the shop i go to one day and i saw a nice vette getting emissions done, i didnt catch the owner but i did catch the all american car club decal on the back window, they have a website, www.allamericancarclub.com , hopefully one day i'll catch them leaving the lot and tag along , i hope they dont mind, if they do they can easily outrun my little firebird

Well Scott, FirebirdNYC beat me to it, that's just about it. Their website isn't all that helpful. The organizer shows up at some local shows, he's got a badass yellow '84 Monte. Ask him what engine, and if he won't tell you, that's him. You can get some more info from him. To join you fill out the application on the site and they'll get back to you. I didn't join because at the time I was trying to get NYC F-Body going.

Some good cruise ins are held by the East Coast Car Association (check the Special Interest Calendar of Events). They have a greater variety of cars each spot. Real nice ones too.
