Emissions help in Springfield MA area PLEASEEEE!
I am stationed outside of springfield, and I have nowhere to work on my car. Not looking to mooch garage time, but I have poor knowledge of TPI and emissions equipment, and my car failed all 3 CT tests. It needs to be checked again before the week is out, or I will not be able to register this car for a long time *CT rules on temp registration are lame*
Please help me, I only have a haynes manual and the sunlight to work with.

CT EMISSIONS
Actually they do have it, but it isnt state run per se. They have shops certified to do the emissions testing.
