Does anyone on here know of anyone or any place that does PROM burning in WNY, preferably the Rochester area? I need my PROM rewritten to include more fuel on cold start (no cold start injection any more and I am NOT putting it back in), and I can't seem to locate any reasonably priced 89 V6 ECMs within 100 miles of me.

I'd also like to ask if anyone happens to have an 89 model year V6 ECM sitting around they want to get rid of, since 89 is the year GM deleted the cold start injection system from the V6.
