There's a 92 Z28 for sale near me...auto and 157,146 miles for $1995. Do you think that's a good deal or what? What kind of problems am I gonna have with that high of mileage?

 

I think you need way more detail to determine what a fair price would be. Open the oil cap and see how the head and valvetrain look. If it's all black and grimy, I wouldn't put much faith in the engine. Check the wheelwell lips on the fenders and quarterpanels for rust. Check the underbody. Get a hose on the car and see if it leaks in the interior. Test drive is a must. What are the installed options? Get the RPO sheet if possible. Check the VIN on Carfax.

Buying a used car should be an involved process, don't jump the gun too soon and you'll end up with the car you want.

 

although location is big in pricing, you might want to put this on a board that's not only north-east. more people will see it to help you. 150,000 miles driven by my grandmother is alot different than if I was driving it. Just my
