NEED HELP! (paint prep)
Hey all,
I need some help. Can anyone tell me EXACTLY what I have to do to get my camaro down to bare metal, & preparation to get it ready to paint including: sanding and or grinding, cleaning the metal, and priming? or does anyone know of a good website to tell me this?
Please help, i want to get this started and I am new.

you really shouldnt take your car to bare metal except where you need too, just smooth all the paint, and get all the clear coat off.

This is exactly what I am trying to do. There is some rust on it, not horrible, but its covering a good amount of space. I want to get down to the bare metal to eliminate any rust.
