First post, thanks in advance for any help. Looking at a 1984 Z28 HO 5 speed, it has 133,000 miles all stock. It needs new paint, new hood, doors, and interior door panels. Has no rust, he is asking 1,600.00. What would be a fair offer?

I'd go around $1100, the worst he can say is no. Be sure you look at the floorpans, I screwed up on this one area and lost the entire summer after dumping thousands into the same car.

The under side of the car is rust free, but it has been sitting for 8 years under a car port and covered. It is a t-top car also.
