oHIo Third Generation Z28 fiberglass SMC hood with functional flaps
In 1982 all Z28's came with "fiberglass" hoods. These hoods were not real fiberglass but instead was lightweight SMC (Sheet Molded Compound). On those Camaro Z28's ordered with the LU5 engine, the hood would come equipped with functional hood air induction flaps.
The solenoid and flaps are in working order. Would need additional work for show car. This is a very nice, hard to find piece.
