Need A Pre-Purchase Inspection In Philly
Looking at a car on the internets. Looks GREAT there. We all know where that goes, though.
I need someone to go over to the car and give it a thorough inspection ... especially for rust on that beautifully undercoated underside.
Can anyone recommend a good inspector?
