Ok i have the best idea in the whole world. Lets make a saturday in lets say 2 weeks a get together down in toms river at lets say 7-8 PM. Everyone from like new brunswick up could meet lets saysome where off the turnpike by route 18 i think it is? Somewhere real close off the turnpike like exit 11 or some $hit like that or exit 9 one of those. we will meet there at like 5-6Pm. Hell if people want to meet somewhere on 46 in Lodi or saddle brook by the staples on 46 west around 4-5Pm we keep picking up cars on the way down and have like 30 40 go down to toms river and show the south jersey guys that he know how to cruise let me know i can arange this better but i would so be all over this. THEN ME AND JESS CAN CRUISE TOGETHER

me i have been pretty good vacation sucked ran out of money i was living off of $4.71 for 3 days i do not know how i did it. I am going down to e-town this wednesday if ya wanna go and chill. I am running my car i am hoping for something in the 13 with the way the car is running now. i need my carb tuned still and my choke adjusted i hate seeing that light come on. Now i have a leak in my left manifold. I like the sound it sounds like a time bomb. I am getting my exhaust in a couple of weeks so i am not to worried. Why not dump another $1,500 into this car. Sure it sounds good. But how does that sound to have all the north jersey people meet up here and then meet you central jersey people and then head down to toms? i think it sounds good. I came up with the idea. when i think i think. well we neeed people to do this so lets do it fackos

like is said before.... great plan....ill meet you guys down in TR... the stop and shop is a great place... the parking lot is HUGE...we could fit all of us....and then some....im down... but i still wana do somethin this saturday.... or friday....but saturday would be good... then whoever comes down will be the crew that will be there waiting for all u guys comin down from the north.... we should make a post saying NJ Thirdgens invade Toms River!! hehe anyway im down for that whole jersey thing...

 

Well my 3rd Gen is out of commission so you'll have to deal with my 4th gen.

Im goin to Western New England College in springfield mass....*** i hate gettin ready for college and no, no Z..no car for the first 6 weeks...long story.. anyway its gunna be 2 saturdays from now (aug 10th).... toms river is really easy to get to.... if u have ever been to seaside hts. u have probably passed Toms river and have gone on RT.37.... Rt37 takes u all the was into Seaside.... anyway.... we meet on- Rt.37 east side we usualy sit in the Stop and Shop parking lot...There is plenty of room for a car show and a half....Get anyone u can round up... tell them to come on down....if u wana get ur respective towns and areas together in one spot and roll down together... thats awsome.... to get there, get on the parkway. going south its exit 82 not 82a... u wana go twards Seaside, or rt.37 east. coming north i think its the same number, either 82 or 83, just look for Seaside.. if anyone wants to come down this saturday... i will be there... i dont care if im by myself....i get off work saturday at 830... anywhere between 915-930 somone meet me down in TR.. another thing... make sure u have nothing in/on/around ur car that will attract the cops they are down there because of the street racing that happens. they will tag u... once ur on 37... ull pass by a Khols and a Strauss on ur right hand side, then up some more ull see a White Castle on the other side of the high way... thats ***** castle... keep going, when u see a fudrukers on the other side of the highway... slow down... the stop and shop is right up on ur right hand side.... u will see my red z sittin there, or more then one thirdgen... depends on who shows up wow this is long... sorry if there is anymore questions...email me at alxv74@aol.com

 

well i know i got at least 3 peopel from up here and probably some more non thirdgens going from up here and then im going to meet nikki and the rest of the peoples from central jersey. NEW BRUNSWICK seems like a good place to meet the central people. we can jump on the parkway and we are about half way there from up here. or we can meet at lets say exit 123 on the GSP thats the exit for E-Town I'm going tomorrow after work if anyone wants to go. look for the white boy with a nice thirdgen. thats me. I'm about 6'1 6'2 and about 185 so i'm pretty skiny to. i will be with a real skiny white boy and a puterican kid that looks like D-LO brown from the WWE. all in my car. we are definatly be there the 10th don't worry.

I'm also going to set up a sticky so this post gets more attention... we'll keep you updated about this "INVASION" over there!

xeno and twiztd, lets get the basic timing down, when is the north gunna meet, give a range of time...and central, and what time are we all meeting down in Toms river...post all of this xeno, in the sticky... so even if someone misses the meeting in there respective areas, they can just fly down the parkway and meet up with us.... this is gunna be awsome!! ima do a lil dance :lala: heheh anyway... lets get this down asap

That meet ended up being a really epic meet. Some 50+ cars showed up from the old LS1.com and this site, and other people driving by. Met a lot of great people there, and plenty of them are still great friends of mine today.

Anyway, I'm still in the Parsippany area, currently driving a '98 LS1 (green, 6-speed). And yes, I'm also on LS1.com, user JoeShmoe.

I go down to the Seaside Heights area a few weekends during the summer. Seems like the scene died out a little bit. Guess the police really cracked down over the last few years?

 

Yeah, people have moved to different sections of the state, but there is still a decent amount of people taht head out. Check out the NJFBOA.org/Jersey Shore Section for local meets and gatherings. Its a bunch of us, mostly with 4th gens, that hang out at least once a month. The state club has a club meet every month in a different part of the state. All fbodies welcome.

somerville area here. any of you guys ever herd of the somerville car show on mainstreet. every friday nite all summer they have a car show every friday nite as long as its good weather. tuesdays the fudruckers on 22 has a car show and every other saturday theres a car show in flemington mainstreet and the spinning wheel dinner in annandale on 22 has a car show every thursday nite. all depending on weather.
