I am down for sure, and will help plan Travis. Getting rooms sounds like a good idea, I know I don't want to drive back down the same day either. Keep in contact with me Travis and we can plan this whole thing out, we don't won't a repeat of the last big meet, lol, (cough), Eric's plans, lol.

Will this be an actual 3rd gen meet, where actual 3rd gens are running and will be there?
If so, count me in!

y'all need to get organized this time especially if out-of-towners are coming up, which would be awesome.
maybe try not to fill this thread full of b.s. so people actually come back and check the status.
maybe shoot for early summer, june or so.

Definitely use Steve's knowledge of the area to make it a fun trip.
A nice beach area/bbq sounds like a good idea.
I've been a few times, but usually for gambling or other events.

Definitely, if you have a 3rd gen, no matter what the condition, if it runs, it better be there!
Of course all other rides will be welcome.
I'm just sayin', if I'm going to take my ride all the way up there, I better see some 3rd gens too, otherwise I'd just take the Supra for an easier ride.

You lose about 5% of your power for every 1,000 ft!You will lose quite a bit. That's why I love taking my cars down to Sac.

I'll put it on my calender. Thats a long way for me but couldn't be any worse then the Travis' long haul to my gig.

I'll have to get a milage prom burned for that trip.

Unknown if I can make it or not. I'd hate to commit only to not be able to go because of some conflict at home.

What are the odds we could pitch in and score a house to rent for a day or weekend?

That's what we're going to try to do Mike, otherwise it would suck for us down here.

Yeah I stayed in a nice 2-story townhome in the 'keys a few years back, that would be sweet if a deal on rooms was possible.

I got a pm from Daniel, looks like he's in too.
Keep that list growing, 'caz we know there will be some flakers by the time it rolls around.
Sooner the better, before folks make other plans later in the summer and cars start breakin, hah.

Daniel U wrote on 01-04-2006 08:12 AM:
My wife and I are in. We're looking forward to a nice meet. Let me know if there is anything that you need help with. We're from the central coast. I think it'll be fun despite the power loss. Besides, my stock hp IROC can't hook up anyways.

There a minimum age on people you have coming? Tahoe is an easy drive for me and I wouldn't mind just coming up for a day.
