I would paint it but the neighborhood I'm now would have me thrown out if I sent fumes flyin like that.I will probably just have maaco or schieb do it for now.The maaco in Reno does good work.I will drive it with the 305 till this winter when I build the 350.This 305 was bored .030 stock rebuild with 6*k on it so it'll last for awhile.

DO NOT GET EARL SHEIBS. There the one that screwed me over. Piece of crap faded on me within 8 months. i got quoted 1500 bucks to do my car at macco. THats with sanding all the way down, single stage with an extra layer of clear.

Yeah I was surprised you even said Scheib, Steve.
They stink no matter where you go.
Maaco can be good if you go to the right one and pay for the right stuff.

all of them are just about down to the wear band thing. I'd replace the tires I never really like them traction isn't that great, and they fall shot on grip when the roads get twisty. I only have them cause tognottis is no longer a bridgestone dealer and the SO2's where getting hard to find and I needed tires and those just happen to be in stock I only paid($262) for one of them the other 3 where replace( $30 each for the warranty thing)do to nails.

Dang California winter on the peninsula... I was going to go for a ride over the watersed but the rain hampered that.

If it's not a problem, I'd like to tool across the bridge and meet Steve when he arrives. PHATtie, if you read this send me a PM with your address again so I can pull a map. I think I can find it again but my memory is not what it used to be. I have your phone number too so I will call if I do not hear from you.

Great,It stumbles at idle a bit but it's no biggie.I need to adjust the timing for the higher alt.I had it up to 105 down the street from my house and it was still climbing. It's a long flat strech with nobody on it so I figurd I would see what it would do.
