LOL this has got to be one of the funniest things ive seen for awile. Some guy on ls1gto said he found this on ebay a few years back. Here is some pics just incase anyone wants to build it...

I dont see how it could be considering all the space in the front were the air used to be sucked in is just pretty much empty space now.

it would be the worst of both worlds, no responce, and fuel puddiling in the botom of the plenum.
