I was cruising to work today and figured I would take a different route. It's a 4 lane devided highway and I saw this formula coming up quik. He pulled along side and stayed till we hit the last light for 8 miles. He signaled me to roll the window down and said he loved my car/wheels. He said he had a 350 tbi with a few mods and asked if I wanted to run, I said why not. Light turned green and we both hit it. I don't know if he spun or my suspension is that good but I was 1 car ahead through 1st. He pulled up to my door at the beginning of 2nd then I started to pull a little bit at the top of 2nd. He stayed at my rear wheel to about 100 when I shut it down. He pulled over with me when I got gas and said it was a good race and asked what I had. I told him that I just had a 305 and he said "maybe I'm just a bad driver". H e had a dynamax catback, headers, and intake.He was a nice guy and I was 15 minutes late for work but it was cool.

I'm thinking of bringing the 87 4runner and running it sometime, not sure when though. Before i run the t/a again I want to have the rear rebuilt.

It was an 89, it looked clean and sounded strong. I was a little worried at first but figured, if I lose I'll blame it on the 305. I'm pretty happy with this cars performance but I will need more speed. I'm concentrating on handling right now. I out performed a wrx up the mountain to work the other day. He kept up on straight stretches but the turns is where mine shined, I loved it.

Good, wife can't sleep on her stomach right now. It's coming around quick and now I will paying 900 a month for daycare, if we stay here. We're going to try to stay and work it out. The area in Oregon we would be in I would be king with the t/a. It's all red n*cks.
