Corrected dynojet 285/320 to the wheels but my A/F was 11.8:1 at WOT because I dynoed with my exhaust put together and SES light on, also didn't help it was 90 degrees lol. I'm sure my open exhaust leaned my car out a bit and that's why it ran so good at the track (105.6 mph). I'm going to get it tuned and get my exhaust up to par and go back and try for 300 rwhp - i should be close if not more.

Who supplied your corrected dynojet # ?
Are you converting it yourself because it was on a Mustang dyno or did their machine give you an exact correction?

With those mph's I'm sure it's close, but I hate guessing #'s.
I'm probably more around 260's with my lowly 102 traps.

So why do you need to post the 'corrected dynojet' numbers for a brand new dynojet?

Just post the real numbers without the

I don't think my Q was answered.

Who supplied your "corrected" dynojet # and what did the dyno actually show?
What formula are you using to do such calcs?

I'm not in the business of aiming for a high dyno # with my TPI obviously, as long as I can put it down at the track, that's all that matters.

uncorrected/corrected refers to SAE numbers vs raw numbers. Mine are corrected and slightly lower than uncorrected numbers. Yes the dyno software did it, i didn't use a calculator or anything. uncorrected it was a little higher, i think around 288/327 or so. Everyone uses SAE corrected dynojet numbers when they talk about how much power they make, i figured that was the best way to compare my car to other people's.

on my paper it shows 285.1 rwhp at 5800ish rpm (pulled to 6k), 321.0 rwtq at 2950ish rpm (very flat too) and that's on a dynojet like i said. my A/F is funny, at WOT it goes almost as rich as a forced induction car.

Even at 75% throttle its going really rich. He accidently didn't go WOT for the third run and i saw a part throttle run at 270/305, A/F was still horrible. He went for the fourth pull at WOT and that was my best numbers.

Interesting.
Thanks for the reply.
Sounds like you're in need of some real tuning.
Who knows, that alone might get you near 300 if that's your goal.
Any of you going this Sat too?

My car isn't chip driven harjeet, I'm going to order a mail-order tune very soon however. I'm just saving to get the unlimited update package so that I can have it updated when I put the cam in.

My curves were great, the torque curve was very flat and the HP was decent as well, everything should get better with a better A/F as well. As soon as I can get my friend Todd to scan it for me I'll post it. He lives 30 minutes away though so I'll probably do it this weekend sometime.

Yeah del im hoping tuning takes me near 300 rwhp, that was my goal - to have ~300 rwhp with full exhaust, cai and tuning, then put it to the ground and run some nice times. I've already got a cam waiting to go in, but I want to do this first and save up some money. Cam only my goal is 350 rwhp and some good times, but we'll see.
