Well I thought I would give you all an update being as I haven't posted in a bit, and I put in some surgery time on the Black Beast.

So here is why my transmission suddenly went from a T5 to a T10.

I actually knocked the driven gear off of the drive gear, chipped a few teeth off both gears, broke the shift fork, and the 5-R slider is nuked which made the tailshaft not fit back on properly.




Looking forward to seeing some new faces on Sunday.

In her defense she was powershifting at 100+ all night and is in even better shape now.

Sux bro, for those interested My T-5 and 10 bolt have held up to a 1.66 60ft and a couple of 1.69s , knock on wood ofcourse, however I still don't have the ***** to power shift her

Willie may or may not make it yet, he still hasnt made up his mind, And I bought the B&M SFI, but only AFTER I bought it, people said "oh noes, send that crap back its gonna break" and well. you know what? I hear that familiar knocking sound at idle again, Not so bad yet, I will still make the drive.
