Summer predictions

Who will get the first speeding ticket in their third gen before the end of the summer?

Who will get the most tickets?

I'm betting it's Steve on the first question and Harjeet on the second. With my luck, it'll be me on both.

U said in a Thirdgen, which automatically disqualifies me. I think its a toss up between Travis and Cameron. Do i get bonus points if they both get tickets during the summer?

Does Travis still have a license; I figured they would have taken it away after the whole school bus fiasco.

umm...which school bus fiasco?

and traviz is legal for now he just got it back

i almost got 2 misdemeanors the other night for reckless and exhibition of speed

heres the story:

i was in the iroc on 50east i was about 16th street when theres a nice curve on the highway that goes under all the overpasses/interchanges

so i kick it down to 3rd and rapidly accellerate and am about midway through 4th when im about oh 115 120mph when on the right corner of my eye i spot a glance of what i thought is a white and black vehicle moving as fast as me heading on the interchange from 80 i think.. so i say "OH ****" and tap the brakes and quickly slow down to the speed limit.

than he spits out onto the freeway and heads over behind me sure enough it was a mr.chp patrollman so i said he got me so after 1/2mile he lights me up and pulls me over.

pulls walkes up to my car and i open the window "license , regristration, insurance." so i hand it to him than he asks " is this your current mailing address" i explained to him no i gave him the correct one. than he asks " so how fast were you going before you saw me?" i answered "70 75" so he says how about "100 plus any reason for going so fast" i was speechless and mubled than he turns away to his car for a second than comes back and says "have a nice night i dont want to ever catch you going that fast again" he walks back to the car gets in. than over the pa i hear a womans voice say "and take that bumpersticker off your car now before i get out and remove it my self" she was referring to the "**** you , you ****in ****" sticker

so ya thats the luckiest ive ever gotten he could have tagged me for reckless driving, and exhibition of speed.

Re: Summer predictions

I have a commercial drivers license so I can't get any speeding tickets. I only speed around here in the open once in awhile, + I know the cops schedules and where they sit. We have waaay less policmen then you guys do.

Re: Summer predictions

How did my name come up? Is it because I am young and seem cocky? Or is it because my rental Pontiac G5 has so much blazing speed that its simply uncontrollable and insuppressible?

Do guys on rice rocket bikes get pulled over a lot? I have only seen it once.

And Steve how do I get me one of those "cant ever get a speeding ticket" licenses? Is it just becuase your job requires it or can anyone get one?

That's pretty funny.
Oh, and slow down punk.

I'm hoping to be out and about a lot this year and expect to avoid any major occurences.
I've got 3-4 years of a clean record and 10 years of lines I've been spewing to johnny law.
Not to mention my CARB EO's handy in case I get pulled because they don't like how sweet my car sounds and want to take a closer look, hah.
Maybe I should try to flash my Corrections ID if all else fails.

Oh I can still get tickets, I just meant that I can't or I could loose my commercial license easier than a regular one if I get too many.

What happened to the Travis I used to know? Not so fond of this new, cynical one.
