How should I pull the 305?
Hey guys, I am pulling my 305 right now, but I had some questions. I have never done an engine swap on a late model car so it is a new experience for me.
On my Camaro, can I leave the radiator in when I pull the old engine? If so, can I leave the fans on? I am just curious what all I can leave in, so I don't go pulling more parts off then I need to.
I'll be taking pictures of my (hopefully)
successful swap, so i'll post some pictures when I’m finished.

Nope, leaving the trans in and just doing the engine now.

you could probably leave the radiator in but it would make it really hard. I'd pull the radiator and condensor just so you dont damage them.

Sweet, glad to hear the boat anchor is coming out. You'll be so happy with the extra h.p. BTW, the '54 has some paint on it. Call me when you get a chance.
