Here is that video, the rest will be posted when I wake up. Bad quality but I didn't want to bring my video camera so I used my digital camera.

Not a bad video Steve
Sorry I didn't say hi man. Rolled out kinda early, I was Travis ride, he was hella tired and sun burnt, lol, we were in the pool for like 2 hours earlier that day. He is just a little white boy and turned hella red, lol. I was red too but it's already turning tan for me
Will run the balt next time on a Wed. I am just not down with paying $35 to race when it's that damn crowded I want to get a good time with the stock setup, then stage 2 it and see how much better it gets.
Del, congrats on the best time so far, I can see 12.9 for you
Big Vin, good times seeing you and the black beast. Only got to see you run once but it's all good.
James I hear did a nice time for a stock car, would have been better if he didn't burn out through 2nd, lol, but it's ok, I was hella bad my first time out to the track in the GTO

i saw an 11.90 outa some TPI m*llet (think the guy posts here), drove by ur car while you had a pack of ice sittin ontop of that manifold but didn't bother taking a closer look because, well, you're still rockin the TPI . Surprised me to say the least, guessin a lil nitrous but anyways, now i'm just ramblin.
As for the gayest 3rd then there, it would have to be that black big tire 11 second one
...now back to my hole

Lol, never got to see that black iroc run. Guess I know his times now, was curious, 11's, not impressed at all for all that show he had on his car. Figured he would be much faster, all show and no go imho

That black drag car was gaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay alright, what is with the super narrow rear end that could fit under a Geo Metro? Interior was all hacked and gauges mounted with woodscrews and aluminum stock from Ace Hardware.
Funny thing is right when I walked up to check it out in the pits, one of their crowd (prob the owner) yelled "IT'S FOR SALE!!!".
I replied "No thanks, I'll keep my Black IROC that isn't f****d up" (even if it is slower)

I 'treed some SRT4 too, that was awesome. My three wins of the day, would have had 4 if I didn't miss 3rd on one run

Haha. Hopefully I only get my license suspended for a month. If it is more, it is going to suck looking at the bird just sitting there. I might get bored and add some nitrous I already got bored and added some kicker Comp subs W/ a 1600 watt amp...

Re: April 28 Grudge Fest at SacRaceway
Good to see everyone last night, I think I saw everyone that came out.
Had fun racing Joey (Ramair21) 2x times and thanks for the water!
I should've made a much closer race out of it with Marc (3rdBird), but it was fun.
Think I staged too deep for that one to get the redlight.
Only got 4 runs in, but got a new best of 13.004@107.XX - 1.9X 60'.
I can smell those 12.90's.
Bring on the vids/pics Steve! Thanks for shooting them.

I need to go to the track more. Not this every 18 months 14 second, no 2nd gear bullshit runs. I'm tired of it.

This is true, but I'm still in the mindset of running my car as I would on the street.
It might be fun to run slicks, or skinnies just to get that ideal 60', but with those 107 traps I should be able to pull 12.80s as it stands.
I agree with needing to go more. Couple times a year isn't enough practice for me.

Re: April 28 Grudge Fest at SacRaceway
Yeah, I have the SLP 2400 stall, but while it can hold the car in place to around 2K, if I launch that high I can't get enough traction.
I tend to launch closer to 1500, but need some more lap time to practice launching it higher/harder to get better 60's I guess.

Re: April 28 Grudge Fest at SacRaceway
My 2nd bet would be, my car w/ the new TH400, 3000 stall, suspension tuned, tuned fuel pressure w/ No2,
Did I mention wind tunnel testing???
I'm thinking mid to low 12's
It just depends, cause I'm planning my 400ci small block as you read this!!!

Yea, Firebird -VS- Camaro. I'm thinking Del's car w/ some slicks, front runners, & a small shot of No2, will probably take it into the low 12's to 11's.
Let's do this!

Believe it or not..since I'm a Goodyear dealer, I can get pretty good deals on Goodyear slicks, or even MT ET Streets!

Was always tempted to "squirt" a little to act as an after-cooling effect, but there is still a lot of boost potential in the ProCharger that I can use before I blow up my motor, haha.
I'll have to think about the slicks and rims to go with them.
I was actually thinking of the MT ET Street Radial Drag Tires.
Give me an idea on a pair of 275/40/17 's when you're bored at the shop for a second.

Hey marc, if I drop off my bypass valve and pipe next week, can you find a peice of 3" stainless pipe to tig it to? or should I provide the pipe as well?
I'm ready to get it welded now I can order my ecu as well.
After the car runs, I promise to bring it by for some welding/exhaust action!
Just don't sabotage the beast that will own you at the track

Travis, if you bring the goodies, I'll fix it up.
Why do you need it Tig'd?
Is it structural?
BTW, I'm a professional, No sabotage, Racecars break on they're own.

With the Mig would you use steel wire or stainless? I'd assume the steel would start to rust fast. I'm not much of a welder just curious

I didnt know there was a difference, I would think stainless, since my pipes are stainless?
----------
Even if not, I wanted to get this intake pipe ceramic coated anyways

My welds looks robotic & hold stronger then the material I weld, just make sure, wherever I weld it...thats where you want it.
