Looking for manual doors.

Looking for doors with manual windows and mirrors, preferrably black. Will trade my power ones for them if wanted... Let me know. Thanks.

Why? They aren't lighter you know... Anyhow I have some white ones in good condition that will be coming off my car but I already fount a set of power doors to replace them with. I did take the side markers off, though. You will need to strip them and paint them (its not hard, doors are easy when they are off)

Re: Looking for manual doors.

because power = more problems. Id rather not replace another window motor down the road. that crap was a ***** in my camaro. Plus i'll most likely be putting in a 4th gen center console and wont have to have window switches in my ashtray.

Where you located?

I'm in livermore, $50 a door sound resonable?

Why don't you just replace the window regulators and mirrors and keep the doors you have? That way you don't need to paint anything except the mirrors.

Like I said, replacing the regulator, period, is a bitch. Replacing a door is far easier and is why I am mainly looking for black doors.

Yes, thats the little rubber piece in the middle of the door, you can just scrape them off with a plastic putty knife and use goof off to remove the icky...

I've replaced regulators with ease, there is more than one way to skin a cat...

I'd take that over a door replacement with one that is a different color and non-power, any day of the week

Only reason I have replaced a door was for the fact that it was wrecked on that side

Doors wont actually be put on till right before paint, and I dont mind putting in elbow grease to put windows up. I just like to put stuff in my ashtray other than switches, like . Haha.

Plus It'll basically be free hopefully since I should be able to find someone to trade my power ones for manual or sell my power ones for possibly even more then I buy manuals for.

Thanks for the input though.

Re: Looking for manual doors.

No problem, IMO even free it is still more work and a downgrade, but hey, some people like to learn the hard way...

I still have in my ashtray, the window switches aren't in there...

The interior parts of my doors are ugly and trashed... You will want to use the ones you already have... $80 for the pair you come pick them up, email me if interested sethcotton@gmail.com

I thought you were going to paint? and the panels are the same, you would need to cut one small hole for the handle.
