Dyno Tune

My son has a 1973 Mustang Mach ! with a newly rebuilt 351C. He had EFI installed (I believe it to be a Holley Stryker. Anyway, the shop who built the engine and installed the EFI suggested he have it dyno tuned. Do you guys do that type of work and if so, approx at what cost?
