Sacramento Engine rebuilder
Any recommendations in the Sacramento area for engine rebuild(er) Think the 350 in our 91 Z28 has a knock now, not 100% yet but looking for suggestions. Trying to figure out how it even happened with only 70k on the original engine with meticulous maintenance. Thanks in advance!

Are you near Elk Grove? I know Rick at Crackaway Engine Machine shop off of waterman rd. He's probably the best most reliable machine shop I've ever been to. I've known him for almost 20 years now and the work he's done for me has never failed! Also there is will at cascar over on 47th Ave. His prices are great and his work is very good he is also my neighbor

It is one of the bad things about the 80's and early 90's gm employees didn't car about proper engine building except for the Corvette and subsided engines from companies like p.a.s and s.l.p they bulit the GNX the 89 turbo trans am and the syclone and typhoon SLP made the Firehawk and some of the B4C RS's also did upgraded engines added on to the sticker price I can rebuild the engine for you but my buddy will from cascar will be doing the machine work
