Does anybody down here know anyone who does emission testing??
More important if you know someone who can pass my car, with a bill included!

good luck cheating the system, you would need a major hookup for that. Air Care Colorado is who i believe does all the testing centers in the state www.aircarecolorado.com locations should be on the site

Front range metro, you're going to Colorado Air Care for anything '82-newer (kinda defines "3rd gen"). Attempting to include a bill is going to lead to expenses that you probably don't want to think about.

Get the car running right, have all of the proper equipment in place, and you aren't going to have any problems.

If you've modified the engine or emissions without considering emissions implications, you're either going to have to put it back the way it was, or sell it outside of the metro area.

Or not drive it on public roads. . .
