Traviz what kind of times are you running and what location? Just curious because my setup will be similar to yours.

my times

my best time was 13.98 with a 1.7 60ft. but my motor was tired had 6 broken rings and broke piston on #4. It was so tired that 150 shot slowed it down.

why not sounds like you've got all the parts, My setup should hopefully be done either late this week or next. I'm waiting on my heads and gasket set to show up. Mine is a forged piston 383 only 8.6:1 with AFR 195 heads and I'm using a long tube runner setup at first to see what I can get out of it, then I'll probably switch to a holley stealth ram. What are you using to for an ecm?

stock 165 ecm with my own tuning. it wont start because my injectors arent firing. im narrowing it down to bad ecm..
