needing help in colorado

Hi just bought a 89 camaro rs convertible
the previous owner has parts from different years in it and nothings finished
looking for pictures of your interior even if its not a convertible
I took the center console apart to day and found the window switches
buried in there, and what i think is the truck latch switch. lol
Please help might of gotten in over my head

Other side of the metro area.

Shouldn't be too hard to sort out the switches. The window switches are two-way, trunk release one-way. Just try them with the ignition on to see which switch is which.

The connectors need to be disconnected in order to mount the switches in the console. It's a bit of a pain, but the only way it can be done.

thanks but now i got bigger problems, the car is double the limit, trying to get it just to pass emissions now. guess the interior will have to wait awhile. going to get it diagnosed in a couple of days, hope there aint to much wrong. ill be in
touch.
