Has anyone been thinking about an awesome get together or just a great place to cruise to and want to share it with all of us?

Please post it here.

This sticky is put up so we all have a place to post our ideas for places for us to get together, whether it be a museum , a cruise or just a nite out at a members house, or the local cruise joints.

Anyone wishing to plan a formal get together and is going for a headcount and enuff interest, we can make it its very own sticky , so lets see what everyone comes up with

later and thanks
Jeremy

I wouldnt mind going back to the state park 20ish of us met up at in IL. was a really nice place.

Their was also a memeber who was talking about having a gathering at his cottage in MI.

I was thinking about a cruise day to the beach and head to Mount Baldy or West Beach here in IN.

We have lots of things to do and places to hit so tell it here

when the weather hits 50s or so I will be having some people over to work on my camaro. Want to keep it around 10 or under. My garage isn't too big. But I live in a court so let's fill it. When it becomes warmer I'll post a date.

I call it "CAMAROFEST" if we wanted to have it at someone's house once a month or something that would be great.

I will probably order up some pizza or something, who knows? Any thoughts?

A track day would be cool, non event day like test and tune. I like the slow days better so we can check each others cars out, actually get some runs in, mess with launch, ect.

I think we should try to Volo idea again. I didn't get to make it last year, but I love the place, and with enough notice, I would definately go.

Volo was interesting, but I don't think they'll let us back again if we keep yanking the sticks out of the ground for photo shoot. ^_^

Was fun, glad to meet all of you then. Too bad the GTA wasn't running, but it'll be at TG Nats, or I'm not going. Ain't gonna drive 1400 miles in an escort.

Gotta remember that some of us come from Indiana though. Busse would be real close for me, but for Nikki, Jeremy and teh crue it'd be a long haul for a short gathering. Perhaps something a bit more substantial, or close to their neighborhood.

Anyone going to meet up before Denny's and do something this month?

I know I still have a lot going on with my car. Just need fuel and brake lines run and I can drop in the motor. The trans is getting redone right now....shift kit, vette servo, boost valve, 2200-2400 hi performance stall, and new seals and gaskets, deep pan with drain plug, etc.

The motor is all done, and besides needing a few more parts this car should be ready to rock soon.

If anyone wants to meet up and wrench on some cars or get together for some food just let me know.

Steve

yeah whats up with all the thirdgens around here? im at my lakehouse now (SW michigan) and i see a lot more thirdgens here than i ever did back home (NW georgia).

we could hang out at a drive in near here. every wed night is classic car night and everyone rolls in in their muscle cars. we could use some more thirdgens.

hey lets all go and laugh at "the slow and the serious 2". you know all the r*cer boys will be there, it will be a good place to show up and make some kills on the street.
