I live down by kankakee...well, about 100 miles south of it now, but i'm lookin for some automotive paint stores and nobody seems to know anything (got a few referals to Lowe's 
). Also, anybody have any recommendations for store or paint type? I think the car is gonna be gunmetal grey, viper yellow, or some dark blue (kinda like the blue chevy is putting on the new trailblazers)....

I bought paint years ago at a place called Finishmasters in South Holland, Illinois. You may be able to do a search for them at www.yellowpages.com They were very imformative and helpful.
